WHAT IS SKETCHNOTING?
• A form of notetaking that combines text and other visual elements.
o letter styles / pictures / symbols / shapes / diagrams
• Purposeful doodling to record, summarize, and synthesize learning.
o information / ideas / events / processes
• A tool for learning and a form of creative expression.
• Should be sketchy, not perfect.
• No right or wrong way – should be unique and personal.
