3. 1:01 PM Scale: F5 Location: NNW of Ellington, MO to 10 miles NE of Princeton, Indiana County: Missouri: Reynolds, Iron, Madison, Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Perry Illinois: Jackson, Williamson, Franklin, Hamilton, White Indiana: Posey, Gibson, Pike Path Length: 234 Miles Damage: 695 Deaths, this tornado was one of the most deadliest single tornados in US History.
5. 4:42 PM Scale: F2 Location: Littleville, AL County: Colbert Path Length: 12 miles Damage: 1 Death, moved northeast at Littleville where damage and casualties at gas station, homes, and store occurred; 12 people were also injured. This town of Littleville had a hard time recovering with the low economic status in Alabama and its people struggled to rebuild and seek shelter in near by towns.
6. 5:00 PM Scale: F4 Location: Bucklodge, TN to Beaumont, KY County: Tennessee: Sumner Kentucky: Allen, Barren, Monroe, Metcalfe Path Length: 60 miles Damage: 39 Deaths, homes leveled in many communities, possibly a tornado family or short series of tornadoes. 95 people were also injured in this event.
7. 5:15 PM Scale: F4 Location: Mauckport, IN to Louisville, KY County: Indiana: Harrison Kentucky: Jefferson Path Length: 18 miles Damage: 4 Deaths, swept away entire farms near Laconia and Elizabeth, Indiana before ending near south of Louisville, Kentucky. 60 people were also injured.
8. 5:45 PM Scale: F3 Location: Kirkland, TN County: Williamson, Rutherford Path Length: 20 miles Damage: 1 Death, major damage to homes in Kirkland and injured 9 people.
9. 6:00 PM Scale: F3 Location: Louisville to Pewee Valley, KY County: Jefferson, Oldham Path Length: 10 miles Damage: 3+ Deaths, 12+ homes destroyed and 40 people were injured. Out of the series of tornadoes on this day this tornado has a significantly less amount of information than the other tornadoes on this day. The death toll may be higher.
10. 6:30 PM Scale: F3 Location: Lexington, KY County: Marion, Washington, Mercer, Jessamine, Fayette, Bourbon Path Length: 60 miles Damage: 2Deaths, this area was struck by a tornado family that had an average of 300yd path in width. 40 people were also injured by these tornadoes.
