“Harbormaster Press Release”
WEST PALM BEACH, FL MARCH 25TH
, 2016
Michael Blade, an entrepreneur and very successful musician (The
Brother’s Johnson, Quincy Jones, The Gap Band and Music Director
for Michael Jackson’s “This Is It” tour), has joined forces with Len
Rosen, a two-time award-winning Filmmaker and Director to
announce the production of a new TV series titled, “The
Harbormaster.”
The Harbormaster is an exciting new TV serial drama with a light-
hearted comedic edge to it. In addition, one could also describe it as
a musical mystery drama because of its powerful and inventive use of
popular music (especially jazz and classic R&B) in driving all the
scenes throughout the show.
In the series, seven people will grow increasingly intertwined in each
other’s lives while living among one of the world’s elite yachting
communities and most beautiful port locations on the Florida coast.
Each week, millionaires and even billionaires arrive in their super
yachts. Their limitless hunger for wealth and power motivate their
unstoppable lust for a piece of the action! Benjamin Steele, a Las
Vegas hotel and casino tycoon, and his son Lance Steele, have
secretly invited several of the world’s super wealthy in an attempt to
expose a financial opportunity that will ultimately rattle the entire
investment world.
The pilot of this series takes place on the day of the Steele’s Legacy
Fundraiser Event; set in the exclusive Singer Island Resort & Yacht
2. Club Commander Ballroom. The anticipation of this event continues
to build as our seven above-mentioned key players are brought into
view. As a result of the approaching event, many lives will inevitably
change and a gigantic mystery will unfold.
The Harbormaster story and concept was created by Michael Blade,
Entrepreneur, CEO & Managing Partner, The Ivory Coast Hospitality
Group, Inc., and The Harbormaster LLC, West Palm Beach, Florida
and soon coming Club Ivory Jazz Bistro; reminiscent of 1940’s Big
Band Cotton Club eras. It will showcase classic Americana from Cole
Porter, Duke Ellington, Harold Arlen, George Gershwin and more
within a classic black tie ambience.
With two film awards, including Best Screenplay and Honorary
Awards at consecutive Monaco Charity Film Festivals and film
screenings at The Pan Pacific Film Festival, Len Rosen has directed,
co-produced, filmed and edited feature films, documentaries, music
videos (including 2 for NCIS star Pauley Perrette), commercials and
other various productions.
