This document provides instructions for signing and emailing certificates generated from the eTdsWizard application. It outlines the steps to print the certificate form, digitally sign the certificate, and email the signed certificate. The key steps are to click "Print Form" to export the certificate, select the "Digital Sign/Email" tab to start the signing process, select the signature and destination folders, and update SMTP credentials to email the signed certificate.

Printing – TRACES Forms
To Exports TRACES TDS
Certificate, click TRACES
Forms optionClick the option TRACES Form16A
for Non-Salary and TRACES
Form16 with 12BA for Salary
Browse eTDS folder and select
Traces Form16 zip file along
with template. Click on “Export”

6. Digital Signature Process

Now click on ‘Digital Sign/Email’ Tab for
Signing/Mailing Certificate
After select the above mandatory fields.
Click on ‘Sign’ option to Start the
Signing process.Select the Unsigned PDF Folder, Signature
and Place where have to Deploy this Sign in
your PDF/Certificate File.

For mailing certificate, select the
Sign PDF folder and emaillist excel
Update the Subject and Mail
Message
Before click on Email option,
update SMTP credential in this

Update the SMTP Details and Click on Save
option.
Update details and Use Send to Outlook or
Email option for Send Certificate
