Enter the Login name and password assigned to you by Blue Cannon and click Submit

All applicants are listed by status, click VIEW to view an application

To finish the application at this stage click SAVE AND BACK

10. Applicants without UK Addresses
HMRC requires additional address information
for anyone without a UK address.
When entering an applicants address which is
outside the UK, there is an additional section
to enter a date and address .

At the bottom of the application form, there are options to add
Scanned documents, such as ID or Certification documents
Pension transfer information
Beneficiary details

12. Adding a Pension Transfer
To add a pension, click
ADD PENSION INFORMATION
You can select the Pension scheme from the
List, or type in the information as you have it

Once completed, click SAVE PENSION INFO.
You can add to, or edit this information at
any time as necessary

The saved Pension details can be accessed by clicking EDIT at any time.
Any number of additional pensions can be added in the same way.

In the same way, the Beneficiary information can be entered and saved.

As many Beneficiaries can be added as required.
If the total value of shares does not add up to 100% a warning message is displayed.

ID Documents can be uploaded easily,
and given a short description

19. Completing the Application
Once all information is completed, click
PRINT FORMS on the application
This will allow you to continue ONLY if
all required information has been
input

This allows entry of the Date and Place that
the documentation was signed by the
Applicant.

Complete this information and click CONFIRM

Admin will then be notified that the
Application is ready for checking and
processing.

This Application is then AWAITING COMPLETION until processed by the
Blue Cannon Admin department

Once Processed, this Application can no longer be amended.
Click VIEW to open up the Application

To print off any associated forms for the
Application, click PRINT FORMS

Application Forms are grouped together, the general forms are at the top..

The Pension forms are grouped next to the pension at the bottom.
Just click to view and print.

has been automatically
populated.
It only remains for the form to
be printed and signed.

To be completed manually.
For example if the applicant has no NI number,
HMRC require the details.
In this case, a warning message appears to
remind the administrator that extra
information is required

mimic any existing format you are
