2. SHOT LIST
There are loads of different shots we could use in our music video. We are
looking into having lots of close ups so that we can show the emotion
of the actor. We are also looking into having mid shots so that the
audience can have a rough idea of the location we are recording in.
The pan shot is something that we are strongly thinking about. We want to
use Pan out when the actor perhaps crosses a road or a change of
location. This then could be followed up by a track in or even a close
up.
We are also looking into having a point of view shot of the character. This is
something that we have always considered whilst planning this music
video. The point of view shot will be used to gain people reaction whilst
the actor is performing. The point of view shot could even be used to
gain a sense of location from the audience. The point of view shot will
either be done by using a tripod or handheld. This will depend on what
effect we want to use.
3. CONTINUATION…..
The other shots we could use are:
Over the shoulder
Long shot
Two shot (depending if we have a narrative)
Birds eye view
Establishing shot.
We want to pick and chose the most effective shots that will have a huge
affect on our music video. The 3 main shots we are going to use are
close ups, mid shots and long shots
