EcoCompass offers several shipping options for products purchased from their marketplace, including mailable shipping methods like ground, priority, or overnight for individual item shipments. For multiple items from the same supplier, combined shipping is available to ship items together. Freight shipping is required if a shipment exceeds mailable size or weight limits, and EcoCompass partners with Echo Logistics to handle freight shipping and tracking needs, with rates calculated based on distance and cubic density.

2. Shipping Choices and Combined Shipping When a purchase is made from EcoCompass, options are provided to allow selection of a shipping method for each product in the cart. It is very possible that products in the same cart may ship from different suppliers in our marketplace. That is why we also offer combined shipping of those products that come from the same supplier.

3. Mailable Shipping Methods We allow you to choose from the Mailable shipping methods of Ground, Priority, or Overnight. Mailable shipments are sent out via the most cost effective method to the consumer using popular carriers that our suppliers work with Example: 1 product shipment

5. Freight Shipping If a shipment exceeds a “Mailable” size and/or weight, it will require a “Freight” shipment. EcoCompass has partnered with Echo Logistics to accommodate any freight shipping and tracking needs

6. How Freight Shipping works We display the most cost effective carrier and the cost of the freight shipment. Shipment rates are calculated based on DISTANCE (between zipcode 1, zipcode 2) + CUBIC DENSITY (length, width, height, weight)
