The Shemford School in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh held a Parent's Day celebration. Guests including the local MLA and school chairman helped light the ceremonial lamp to start the event. Students from Pre-Nursery through Primer grade performed songs and stories along with their mothers and parents, after which certificates were distributed to all.
