• Interacting with Hiring Managers, Business Unit Heads for requirement clarity, resource requirement strategy, &
deciding the timeline on the same.
• Account Manager for Altimetrik by liaising with Managers at client location.
• Screening the profiles, short listing and selecting the candidates in the preliminary rounds.
• Coordinate end to end interviews, gather and assess feedback from the tech panel and Managers.
• Briefing the candidates about the job profile, package, organization, etc
• Coordinate on-boarding formalities of the employees at the client location

• End to end coordination of Weekend Recruitment Drives.
