Welche Details – beispielsweise die erweiterte Word- und Excel-Integration – sind bereits ausgereift? Welche Neuerung zeichnen sich bei der mobilen Nutzung ab und inwiefern unterstützt der völlig überarbeitete interaktive Service-Hub die Mitarbeitenden im Kundensupport? Antworten auf diese und weitere Fragen erhielten Sie am 2.3. an der CRM Community im Technologiereferat.
Die IOZ-Projektleiter Dominik Schürmann und Tobias Herzog gingen in ihrer Live-Demo der CRM-Plattform auf die konkreten Verbesserungen des Tools ein und zeigten auf, welche Unternehmensbereiche von den jeweiligen Funktionen konkret profitieren können.
Keynote: Erfolgsfaktor CRM – Kundenbeziehungsmanagement «leben»
Die Praxis zeigt: Während 9 von 10 Unternehmen ein CRM als wichtiges, erfolgskritisches Thema bezeichnen, wird das Kundenbeziehungsmanagement jedoch nur von jedem fünften KMU auch wirklich „gelebt“.
Dabei können mit einem durchdachten Kundenbeziehungsmanagement grundlegende Wettbewerbsvorteile aufgebaut werden. Der Weg dazu ist jedoch meist steinig und schwer. Die Unternehmensstrategie, die Organisation und die Unternehmenskultur müssen marktorientiert ausgerichtet werden und die bestehenden und potenziellen Kunden ins Zentrum gerückt werden. Hierzu führt kein Weg daran vorbei, Denkmuster zu verändern und Angewohnheiten abzulegen. Wie dies gelingen kann, zeigte Ihnen Raphael Ledergerber in seinem Referat.
Welche neuen Office 365 Features gibt es?
Im zweiten Referat vom 25.11.2015 stellte Matthias Hummler (IOZ AG) die neuen Features in Office 365 vor. Bei den NextGen Portallösungen ging er detailliert auf den Office 365 Planner ein. Weiter erläuterte er den Update Prozess und weitere Neuerungen von Office 2016. Von der Synchronisation mittels NGSC (Next Generation Sync Client) von OneDrive for Business erhoffen sich viele eine Verbesserung des Synchronisationsverhaltens. Matthias Hummler zeigte, was sich bereits verändert hat und wie sich das Produkt noch entwickeln wird.
Zusätzlich wagte er einen Blick in die Zukunft und präsentierte, wie sich Skype for Business mit State of the Art Conferencing und Cloud PBX (Private Branch Exchange) verändern wird.

Michael Schürmann präsentierte in seinem Referat an der SharePoint & Office 365 Community vom 25.11.2015 die Neuheiten von SharePoint 2016. Er stellte die neuen SharePoint Rollen vor und erläuterte die Anpassungen „unter der Haube". Weiter zeigte er anhand einer Live Demo ein Hybridszenario mit Delve sowie die Hybridsearch.

Der CAMPUS SURSEE selbst ist nach ISO 9001:2008 und ISO 29990 zertifiziert. Wie für alle anderen nach ISO zertifizierten Unternehmen wird die Normenänderung – welche per September 2015 in Kraft tritt – auch beim CAMPUS SURSEE in den nächsten drei Jahren auf der Traktandenliste stehen. Hubert Rizzi (Leadauditor bei der SQS) ging in seinem Referat auf die Neuerungen der ISO-Norm ein und zeigte auf, welche Änderungen auf alle nach ISO 9001 zertifizierten Unternehmen zukommen werden und wie diese Herausforderungen zu meistern sind.
Hubert Rizzi ist für die SQS (Schweizerische Vereinigung für Qualitäts- und Management-Systeme) als Leadauditor tätig, u.a. auch beim CAMPUS SURSEE. Er ist für die Einführung der ISO-Norm 9001:2015 verantwortlich.

Mit UX-Optimierungen zur benutzerfreundlichen SharePoint-Plattform
In vielen Unternehmen wird die Intranet-Plattform von den Mitarbeitenden weitestgehend gemieden, da diese einerseits nicht benutzerfreundlich ist und andererseits optisch nicht einer modernen Business-Lösung entspricht. Die Mitarbeitenden weichen dann auf andere Kanäle aus, wie beispielsweise E-Mail oder das persönliche Telefonat. Doch Intranet-Plattformen - insbesondere basierend auf Microsoft SharePoint - müssen nicht benutzerunfreundlich sein oder in einem verstaubten Design daherkommen.
Bei der User Experience (UX) steht der Benutzer im Zentrum. Prozesse und Aufgaben werden so optimiert, damit der Benutzer sich in diesen möglichst einfach und effizient zurechtfinden kann.
Durch den frühen Einsatz von UX werden teure Fehlentwicklungen vermieden, die Prozesse optimal und effizient gestaltet und somit auch die Benutzerakzeptanz der Lösung gesteigert. Auch grafische Optimierungen von SharePoint- und Office365-Plattformen sind Bestandteil einer UX-Optimierung. Tim Schoch (UX-Spezialist bei der IOZ) ging in seinem Referat auf die unterschiedlichen UX-Ansätze und -Methoden ein und zeigte auf, wie man aus SharePoint- und Office365-Lösungen das Optimum herausholen kann.
