online courses differ. We decided
to address this on the main site as
well as link to major tools/support

Students get frustrated when they
cannot find the help they need
efficiently. A Student Resources
page of links to services/tools was
created to help cut down on

5. Faculty Resources
With multiple campus sites and
varying schedules, the same principle
was applied to faculty needs. Here
they can see upcoming trainings,
have access to the faculty tutorial
site, and other resources they need.

roles, responsibilities, and contact

with that information highlighted.
