Job Responsibility
• Promote awareness and consciousness in Employees for HSE concerns,
• Implementation of EMS procedures for controlling site activities and Execute Controlling
site activities and Execute Company safety Policies.
• Implement waste management practice, Pollution and Environmental issues.
• Conduct Employee induction & Safety & Environmental issues program.
• Maintain complete record of Safety Inspection.
• Report and Investigate Accident / Incident and adopt appropriate measures to prevent
re-occurrence.
2. HSE OFFICER
• Weekly and Monthly inspection of Fire Extinguishers. Scaffolding, Vehicles and other
Safety Equipment.
• Supervise daily and Weekly Safety toolbox meeting to all workers where specific safety
issues are discussed by the person in charge / supervisors.
• Performs regular site Inspections to ensure Safety Working condition.
• Co-ordinate and Monitor the permit to work system.
• Compliance of primary and second fall protection systems for workers working at
elevated areas which include practical training of workers for 100% tie off procedures.
• Carryout daily Safety Inspection to Identify unsafe working condition and unsafe
equipment.
• Organizing co-ordinate and conduction safety educational and training courses for
employees of different level.
• Ensure the approved Safety equipment use by the employees, conduct Safety tool box
meeting and weekly walk through, preparation of daily safety reports.
• Review work allocation and ensure no conflicting activities.
• Encourage Near Miss and incident reporting in order to identify and rectify unsafe trends.
• Continuously guiding assisting and educating all of the work force with all matters
pertaining to HSE.
• Responsible for a workforce of approx 150 workers, to ensure that all understand and
adhere the site safety requirements.
• Daily Tool Box Talk with workers & supervisors prior to starting any activity.
• Ensure persons, equipment & materials are safe for each activity.
Ensure Method Statement, Risk Assessment and Toolbox Talks were in place and
adhered to.
