Q.1 The convections of thrillers we have used in our film
We also included a
                              cliffhanger at the end of
                                   the film to build
                              suspense for the viewer
                                as the detectives and
                                   the viewer both
        Music blatantly know who the
                                murderer is but with
                                insufficient evidence
                                  makes the viewer
                                   wondering if the
                              murderer is going to be
put in prison or if he is
going to be set free to
                                commit more vicious
                                        crimes.

     We used music from
   mobygratis, we looked
  through many different
songs in order to find the
one which best suited the
  film. The song we chose
   was chosen because of
   the ‘eerie’ sound it had
 this made the flashbacks
 seem more interesting as
      it would make the Cliffhanger
     audience know that
something spooky is going
on, this builds suspense as
   we moved towards the
         murder scene
We included tension
                                         and suspense
                                 throughout as these are
                                     the two of the main
                                 convections of a thriller
                                    and they enable the
                                      viewer to become
                                 drawn into the film and
      McGuffin become more
                                       interested in the
                                      progression of the
                                 story. The suspense and
                                   the tension made the
                                  film much more exiting
                                 and the combination of
                                  the flashbacks and the
                                    music really added a
                                      great effect to the
                                           tension.

  The McGuffin added to
the effect of the storyline
 which we tried to make
  obvious with the close-
 ups of the briefcase, this
 made the storyline have
more purpose as usually a Tension/Susp
briefcase in a thriller is not
   always good news for ense
        somebody.
CHASE!
We included a chase scene to really get the crowd going, this scene is
when the guy with the briefcase is being chased, this builds suspense
amongst the audience as they would be wondering if the guy is going
to get caught, is he going to get killed, is he going to get hurt, is the
briefcase going to be stolen, what is inside the briefcase?
These are the questions that are going to be going through the
audiences minds and the outcome will probably leave a majority of the
                           audience shocked.

We included tension and suspense throughout as these are the two of the main convections of a thriller and they enable the viewer to become drawn into the film and McGuffin become more interested in the progression of the story. The suspense and the tension made the film much more exiting and the combination of the flashbacks and the music really added a great effect to the tension.
