Dear Marion County Election Board,
Republican Candidate for Mayor Abdul-Hakeem Shabazz did Knowingly and Intentionally
directly or indirectly with his Affiliation with WIBC post a Defaming, Unethical, and False
News report in regards to Republican Candidate John L Couch for Indianapolis Mayor to
influence City of Indianapolis and Marion County Indiana Voters in the City of Indianapolis and
Marion County Indiana Republican Primary Election. These actions are not only violate Federal,
State of Indiana and Marion County Indiana Election Laws, they are also violate Federal, State
of Indiana Criminal Laws.
I am requesting immediate Action in the Removal of Republican Candidate for Indianapolis
Mayor Abduk-Hakeem Shabazz from the Marion County Election Ballot and the State of Indiana
Police investigate for Criminal Charges and consider Criminal Charges filed against Republican
Candidate for Indianapolis Mayor Shabazz and WIBC.
