COMES NOW, the Plaintiff by Counsel, and the Defendant, Gabriel M Whitley, having been duly
served fails to appear and on the Motion ofthe Plaintiff is now defaulted. Affidavit for Default Judgment

The Court being duly advised finds for the Plaintiff and that the allegations ofPlaintiff's Complaint
and Summons are true and that there is due the Plaintiff from the Defendant, Gabriel M Whitley, the
Principal balance ofeight thousand, twenty-nine dollars and forty-one cents ($8,029.41), which includes a
credit of zero dollars and zero cents ($0.00) representing that portion ofthe financed, but unused,
