4. Say:
• There could be an issue with social dealing and communication for someone like
Me
• when you are starting you are evidently clueless and you have to learn to deal
with everything on your own
• The industry is not really what you are expecting from it. for instance you have to
start from a very basic level and that might not pay as much as you would have
expected but you have to do it anyway because you need the experience. same
goes for things like the banner you are working under, work environment, nature
of your job etc
• there are so many people who are better than you at what you do so the main
challenge for my particular field would be to make my own place in the market
and establish a standing
• then there is the well-known fact that the real world is very different from school
the industry functions very differently from what we are taught of it
• You basically have to unlearn everything and start from scratch once you are
done with formal studies and step in to the market
5. Do:
Generally Mahrukh is a career oriented
individual who is adding to her skills by
doing free lance work which shows that
she is eager to learn and be ready for the
long term challenges that she will face at
work place. And be competitive when she
enters the industry after her graduation.
6. Think/Feel:
I feel Mahrukh has a long way to go. She
has all the basic qualities to be able to
work in a professional environment. She is
vary of the challenges that she will have to
face and the challenges are also of very
different kind which I was able to
understand from the interview. I think she
needs to be more confident to be able to
deal with the future challenges.
