In October of 2024 The WEF opened the Global
Government Technology Centre in Berlin with the
mission to “accelerate the digital transformation of
government” partnering with global leaders in
Agentic AI powered intelligent operations.
This initiative is part of WEFs Fourth Industrial
Revolution (emerging technologies). The Goal from
the G20 is to develop Digital Public Infrastructure to
accelerate “sustainable development Goals”.

Agentic AI refers to AI systems composed of agents that can
operate autonomously to achieve specific goals. These
systems go beyond traditional AI by making decisions,
planning, and executing tasks with minimal human
intervention. Unlike reactive AI, agentic AI is proactive and
can adapt to changing circumstances to optimize
outcomes.

One of the main proposals in this document is
called “simulation infrastructure” which are
agentic AI models that can simulate crisis
scenarios. A part of this is “simulation
infrastructure” with the claimed ability to predict
the future. Everything we do will be analyzed and
simulated with the help of “virtual twins”. A
DIGITAL TWIN is created for every individual.
Everything we do will be analyzed and simulated
with the idea that these simulations can be used
for knowing the future actions of an individual or
group.
According to the International Organization for
Standardization, “an AI agent can be broadly
defined as an entity that senses percepts (sound,
text, image, pressure etc.) USING SENSORS and

Garbage in garbage out means that the
quality of the output is directly dependent on
the quality of the input. If the input data is
flawed, inaccurate, or irrelevant, the resulting
output will also be flawed, inaccurate, or
irrelevant.

sensitive personal and financial data
from numerous government agencies,
including the Treasury Department,
Office of Personnel Management (OPM),

Services (HHS), IRS, and National Labor
Relations Board (NLRB). The acquired
data includes Social Security numbers,
tax returns, home addresses,
background checks, health information,
banking details, and migrant children's
records. The purpose of these data
acquisitions is to feed it into AI training
to establish a control grid run by Agentic

TESTING AN AI AUTONOMOUS WEAPON SYSTEM ON INNOCENT CIVILIANS

An AI based Autonomous weapons program called “Lavender” was used
by the Israeli Army to slaughter massive numbers of innocent Palestinian
men, women, and children.
The Army gave sweeping approval to adopt Lavender’s kill lists, with no
requirement to thoroughly check why the machine made those choices
or to examine the raw intelligence data on which they were based. This
was despite knowing that the system makes what are regarded as
“errors” in approximately 10 percent of cases, and is known to
occasionally mark individuals who have merely a loose connection to
militant groups, or no connection at all.
Individuals were attacked while they were in their homes — usually at
night while their whole families were present .
Additional automated systems, including one called “Where’s Daddy?”
were used specifically to track the targeted individuals and carry out
bombings when they had entered their family’s residences. Another
called “The Gospel” targeted buildings and structures.

PALANTIR SURVEILLANCE IN AMERICA: FLOCK SAFETY
CONTRACTS
Flock Safety is a private company. Its lead investors include the Founders Fund
which is Peter Thiel who is also the lead investor in Palantir. In August of 2025
the DOD awarded a contract for $10 billion to Palantir.
Flock Safety provides a public safety system using hardware (like license plate
readers) and software to help communities and law enforcement reduce crime
and solve cases by capturing objective evidence of vehicle movements. Their
cameras provide real-time alerts and actionable data, such as vehicle license
plates, which are used to identify suspects, find stolen cars, and track vehicles
involved in crimes. The system serves neighborhoods, businesses, schools, and
cities to improve public safety and deter criminal activity.
The platform uses machine learning to process the captured data, detecting
vehicles of interest for law enforcement. Law enforcement receives immediate
alerts when vehicles associated with crimes, like stolen cars or AMBER/Silver
Alerts, are detected in an area.
Flock safety has significant contracts with municipalities all over the country, in
49 states and 5,000 communities. Check if your community has a contract with

Imperfect algorithms in LPR systems can
make errors when reading license plates,
potentially leading to innocent individuals'
vehicles being incorrectly flagged as
associated with criminal activity.
Even a temporary false hit can cause innocent
people to be temporarily subjected to law

misjudgment.
Flock technology was used to search 83,000 cameras to
prosecute a woman traveling over state lines to obtain an
abortion in a state where it was illegal.

This paper written in 2018 accurately describes the intention
of the NEW Digital Health Ecosystem announced this year.
The paper describes using accurate industry terminology the
plans of what we are to expect.
The paper refers to “Industry 4.0” which is the Fourth
Industrial Revolution described by Klaus Shwab and the WEF.
It calls this new digital health care system and its emerging
technologies “Healthcare 4.0” and a “cyber ecosystem” where
the Internet of things can control medical and residential
components with transformational machines.
It speaks about remote health care via remotely controlling
medical devices. It talks about using AI to prevent, diagnose
or treat patients, for drug development, personalized
medicine, and patient monitoring and care.
It states: “digital infrastructure is the prerequisite for
benefitting from the opportunities created by Industry 4.0.”

At the top of this diagram, you see the real human in their
real environment connected to all of their devices via
wearables and home smart devices. All of these devise are
connected to the Body Area Network, which is connected
to the Local area network in your home, which is then
connected to the wide area network which is your public
authorities, hospitals, pharma industry and insurance
industry. (and probably your bank in the near future)
At the bottom of the diagram, you see a digital twin which
is a digital copy of you stored on a server. AI is being used
to run simulations on your digital twin. They call this “cyber
healthcare systems”.
In the center you see that your digital twin is connected to
your physical body, home, hospital, public authorities,
insurance company, and big pharma. The connection is
done through communication networks such as Wide Area
Network (WAN) Personal Area Network (PAN) and Body
Area Network (BAN).
The sensors in your body and in your environment feed
data to the digital twin which then analyses the data and
ACTUATES whatever they want it to back to you.

Bioinformatics and computational biology are interdisciplinary fields that
use tools and methods to analyze biological datasets. The biological
datasets come from the HHS.
Physiological signal-based security uses the vital signals of the human body
that is collected during health monitoring operations to provide usable
security to Body Area Networks. Body Area Networks are cyber-physical
systems which interact with the human body by using sensors to collect,
process and communicate health data (vital signals, temperature, pressure)
from the person.
Physionet.org which was established in 1999 by the NIH is a database that
collects and shares recorded and biomedical signals. (Shares your
biomedical signals with whom?)
Molecular communication (IEEE) is how they harvest the physiological data
sets from your body. Physiological signals are biosignals, which emit from
your body naturally, and are continually measured and monitored
originating from living organisms.
The medical industrial complex has been holding conferences
internationally for the past 19 years (biosignals 2026 Spain) to provide
biomedical data sets.

DATACENTERS ELECTRIC BILLS AND WATER
Over 5,000 New Datacenters are being built all over
America.
They are not just being built with big Tech’s money, they
are being built with your tax dollars. States have given tax
breaks to tech companies of at least 1 Billion dollars. It’s
the tax payers that will make up that difference.
With promises of creating thousands of jobs, in actuality
the numbers are much lower, and many of the jobs are
remote, which means they are not even local jobs.
Citizens all over America are getting hit with high electric
bills due to the data center.
Data centers need an enormous amount of clean water to
keep the servers cool. These data centers are being built
in deserts where water is already scarce. Local residents
are being asked to ration water and some don’t have any
water at all. Some have data center sludge coming out of
their faucets.
The pollution and noise are also making people sick.
