Cassandra has served the California Baptist University Women’s Soccer Team over the past
year, and has done so with great consistency and enthusiasm. She has gone above and beyond
what her actual job responsibilities include, and she is valued member of our team staff.
One of the first things I learned about Cassandra is that she possesses an extraordinary work
ethic. Her unique ability to balance all of her duties as team manager while also maintaining a
level of excellence in her nursing classes is unparalleled. I know from experience that it is
extremely difficult to be a full time student and maintain a job, but Cassandra does this
flawlessly. Her communication skills and ability to follow instruction are exceptional, and she
always completes her tasks on time.
In addition to her work responsibilities, I believe the factor that truly sets Cassandra apart is her
integrity. She has an unbelievable heart for serving others, and does so with a smile on her face.
