This document discusses equipping the church to engage in the workplace. It addresses fears and misconceptions between church and workplace leaders. The key points are: 1) Most church members do not feel their work is a spiritual calling or that they are equipped to live out their faith at work. 2) The local church should train believers to destroy the works of Satan, yet many function like a cruise liner rather than an aircraft carrier for spiritual warfare. 3) All believers, including those in the workplace, have important spiritual gifts and callings that can establish God's kingdom in the city if the church equips and commissions them.
