Target
Audience
In general the childcare market targets families in
which both parents work as well as single-parent
households. The need for childcare seems to bear
no relation to income.
Full day and creative preschool programs will need
to focus on dual earner families, while half day
programs should be targeted more towards the
self-employed or stay at home parents.
If offering full-time child care, for instance,
marketing focus is parents of infants to 5 year-olds.
If offering an after-school program, the marketing
target would be parents with children over five.

• Excellence connotes the quality of being
very good, distinguished and outstanding.
Academic institutions of eminence dealing
with any form of education would have this
quality in abundant measure in the main
spheres of their activity, namely, teaching
and research. Their good name and
standing enables them to attract capable
and illustrious faculty and students.
Academic
Excellence
• Gone are the days when education was
considered as destination, today education
is seen as opportunities that it opens up for
you. These days marketing & branding is
reaching newer frontier and the latest in
this ever increasing tribe of marketable
categories is education across all
categories- primary, secondary and higher
levels.
Marketing &
Branding
• Introduction of uniform policies would
hardly charge any extra penny of the
shareholders but will bring unanimous
culture and trustworthy integrity among the
employees.
• There seems no obstacle in framing clear,
condensed and transparent policies
applicable to all the employees pertaining
to their leaves, performance appraisals,
workloads, salary cycle, employment
terms, hierarchy, academic up gradations
etc.
Human Resource
Management
• Refers to the administration of business
practices to create the highest level of
efficiency possible within an organization. It
is concerned with converting materials and
labor into goods and services as efficiently
as possible to maximize the profit of an
organization.
Operations
(Administration)
• Teaching is a skill that is best developed
over time. Like all skills, teaching should be
developed through practice underpinned by
theory, research and reflection, which is
why teacher training (or ‘education’ as we
prefer), is very specific about the need for
both trainees and practicing teachers to
reflect on and practice their developing
skills.
Skill
Development
• Working with various merchants now and
again may turn out costly and tedious. Our
consultative and brand impartial approach
encourages us think, break down and
develop arrangements distinctively with a
view to give best outcomes to our
accomplice schools. Our procurement
representatives help you everyday to give
cost effective, ready to use materials and
supplies.
• We offer complete portfolio of solutions and
services required to setup and manage
schools.
School Supplies
• Aligns technology with business goals,
enabling a contribution to organization’s
strategic objectives.
• It enables ICT systems to be fully integrated
across each department, which in turn allows
for organization-wide management of ICT
environment. The needs of customers are fully
considered and satisfied.
• It builds a strong relationship between
business and ICT departments, which secures
commitment to the ICT strategy since all key
stakeholders are involved in the process.

in center of every activity. We relooked at the marketing mix from the customer
instead of firm’s perspective. Thus we believe in 7 C’s of services:
7 P’s of Service Industry 7 C’s of Service Industry
“We need to prepare students for their future not our past.”

  • 15. Target Audience In general the childcare market targets families in which both parents work as well as single-parent households. The need for childcare seems to bear no relation to income. Full day and creative preschool programs will need to focus on dual earner families, while half day programs should be targeted more towards the self-employed or stay at home parents. If offering full-time child care, for instance, marketing focus is parents of infants to 5 year-olds. If offering an after-school program, the marketing target would be parents with children over five.
