The ASL Open House was planned to inform the community about Deaf history and art and provide a space for socialization. It featured four rooms with presentations, posters, videos on various topics. Challenges included gathering presenters and organizing rooms. Individual roles involved organizing presenters, food, and helping at the event. The community learned more in-depth about some class topics and different dialects. Many socialized after. Future directions could include more presentations and dedicated video rooms for each class. The organizer enjoyed all presentations and communicating with others after class.
