The City of Clermont has updated its master plan and is working on several projects, including Wellness Way and improvements to the downtown area. The master plan update included community visioning sessions and implementation of projects like Victory Pointe park. Wellness Way is a long-term plan for economic development around wellness in South Lake that includes the Olympus development. New businesses have opened in downtown Clermont and elsewhere, while infrastructure projects and events are planned.
