This document is a reading and homework log for a student to track their daily reading minutes and complete various homework assignments over the course of a week. The log includes spaces for the student to record their reading minutes each day with a goal of 30 minutes or more, as well as assignments for math, language arts including Wordly Wise lessons and tests, and other subjects. It also includes reminders of upcoming events and encourages weekend reading.
