It’s yet another web based diabetes app to look at your data
Tryinig to give you actionable insights from the data you have – with no manual tracking of data.
To do that, we connect with dozens of medical apps and wellness trackers
And visualize graphs like the ambulatory glucose profile
Or the more complete APS version of it, so you can see your data in the same format regardless of which APS system you use…
And the daily view, with info on nutrition and exercise, which often help explain changes in glucose levels
Because we integrate with a camera based meal logging app, you get the pics of the meals, if you like
And specific graphs to help analyze the effects of exercise
The views are integrated with Epic’s and Cerner’s EHR systems.
We want it also be easy for the practitioners to use! So that they don’t need to log in to another system and find their patient in that system.
Rather, they just click a button on their EHR, that tells our system who’s the practitioner and who’s the patient who’s data they’re interested in, and we show that data to them, embedded into their EHR.
We really appreciate everything that’s been done in this wonderful community.
We’re helping the Tidepool Uploader become a universal uploader by repurposing it as Sensotrend Uploader for our service.
We’re also using code from Lennart’s Nightscout app 600SeriesUploader in our mobile app. It makes it easier for people using Medtronic’s 600 series pumps to upload their data.
So thank you so much to everyone involved, for being able to use what’s out there and for helping us bring these apps and devices in closer contact with healthcare professionals and regulated healthcare.
And thank you for your attention.
The MyData approach, where we want to be transparent about how the data is being used
