FS business which is the largest provider of
independent directors to offshore funds
globally. This business requires a
sophisticated .Net infrastructure to support a
multi-office and multi-client environment
managing large volumes of confidential data.


The Opportunity:
You will be responsible for performing
analytical, technical and administrative
work in the planning, design, installation and
trouble shooting of new and existing
microprocessor-based computer systems,
networks, storage and virtual infrastructure.
Reporting into the Infrastructure and Helpdesk
Manager, this exciting full time position is a

Responsibilities:
   Engages relevant business unit managers
   and staff with the view to identify
   technology challenges, inefficiencies and
   solutions.
   Provide technical support and analysis to
   clients and business units.
   Assists the Infrastructure Manager in
   ensuring that all infrastructures related
support data is accurately captured within
the dms tracking system.
Actively seeks out opportunities to
improve and optimize the global
infrastructure.
Assist in the evaluation of new initiatives,
devices, software and projects.
Responsible for the maintenance and
optimization of the dms global
infrastructure, including servers, backup
strategy, power distribution, network
devices, security and monitoring.
Provide support and mentorship to level 1
and 2 support staff, this includes
troubleshooting and resolution of end user
errors.
Prepares status reports to inform
supervisor of progress on assignments
using a personal computer and
appropriate software.
Provide on-site consultation and support
to business unit managers and staff where
required.
Providing support to the Infrastructure
Manager when necessary.
Enforce security practices, assess
   vulnerabilities and develop programs to
   improve security and mitigate risk
   Acts as IT service provider to internal
   customers.


Remuneration:


A salary range of US$65K-$80K (Tax free)
per annum will be offered, plus performance
bonus, pension, and health benefits. A
relocation allowance to the Cayman Islands
