Your Tasks:
• Act as a full Business Manager for the region with regards
to financial parameters, strategy guidance and people
management, sparing and development
• Responsible for staffing, development and coaching of
personnel
• Responsibility for implementation of Sales & Marketing
Strategy in the region
• Define KPIs for the Sales & Marketing Strategy in the
EMEA region; Monitor and steer KPI achievement
• Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities in
cooperation with Regional Sales Managers
• Ensure close management SI/VAR/ISV network
• Responsibility for accurate sales pipeline management
and financial forecasting
• Sales through the entire cycle:
• Promotion of products
• Making technical and commercial proposals
• Deciding price strategies and offers
• Negotiating sales contracts
• Closing orders
• Reporting into the organization:
• Current and future requirements from the markets
• Feedback on competition activities
• Customer satisfaction
• Project and demand planning
• Deliver budget and forecast figures for the department
Your Skills:
• University Degree in relevant subjects
• At least 7 years’ relevant experience of Sales & Marketing
in eSignature software market or similar market
• Experience in leading a B2B sales team
• Hands-on attitude, focus on solution (not solely problems)
• Demonstrated track record of structurally and
systematically development of new business
• Financial, technical and project management skills
• CRM and B2B Pipeline Management experiences
• Excellent verbal and written communication/negotiations
skills in German and English language
• Required to travel 30% of the time to different regions in
EMEA and to other Wacom Offices across the globe

responsible for the sales performance and increase of (new) business volume, income and penetration ratio of eDocs/eSignature
concepts to corporate customers, solution partners, and resellers in EMEA region.
