This document outlines a dissertation project to design a tactical board game involving maneuvering on a map and incorporating an internal economy mechanic. The game would have fantasy themes and involve players as one of two races, Peregrins or Krags, trying to eliminate the other's commander and fort within an estimated 20-40 minute play time. Several assets have already been completed for the game including the two races, a basic map concept, and internal economy mechanic. Additional assets still needing to be created are more races, launchers, projectiles, race-specific structures, and movement/building cards.
