INTERVIEW GUIDE
Topic: Exploring the factors affecting weight loss management among obese nurses working
at public health care sectors
Time: 15 to 35 Minutes
Venue: Hospital (Nurses Offices, head nurse office other rooms specifically allocated for the
nurses)
Number of participants: Individually face to face interview
Study Plan: Exploring the facilitators and Barriers affecting to weight management among
female nurses at different hospital of South Punjab, Pakistan
An exploratory qualitative study with a public health focus was carried out in health set up.
Probing was used throughout the open ended, semi-structured in-depth interview of the
participants.
