3. Job description and responsibilities are:
 Implementation and operation of the project safety plan.
 Responsible to the project safety manager and day to day basis for weekly inspection
and report .
 Verifying the correct reporting procedure for accident, dangerous occurrences,
certificates monitoring of equipment and operatives.
 Day to day scrutiny of operation on site with regards to safe system of work, including
protective equipment, material and subcontractors.
 Conducting regular site safety meeting on assigned area. Monitoring unsafe condition
and act were deliberately raised to the concern department.
 Implement the site safety policies.
 Safety, health environment controls and regulation in order to minimize risk of human
loss/disability and material damage.
 Ensure positive attitude with all personnel to ensure the safety standard are complied
with continual improvements.
 Inspection of construction equipments prior to start work in site.
