Selection has been regarded as the most important function
of HR department. It ensures the organization that; it has
right number, right kind of people at the right place and at
the right time.
“It is the process of differentiating between
applicants in order to identify (and hire) those with the
greater likelihood of success.”
In simple words……
It is the functions perform by the management of
selecting the right employees at the right time after
identifying the sources of human resources, searching
for prospective employees and stimulating them to
apply for jobs in an organization .
The objective of the selection decision is to choose
the individual who can most successfully perform the
job from the pool of qualified candidates.
1) The exam happens in a Three – Method Process:
1. Written Test
2.Technical Interview
3.HR Interview
· Aptitude & Verbal & Technical Knowledge Online: Test your knowledge
of Computer Knowledge, Verbal Intellectual and Numerical Ability.
· Programming: It will test your knowledge of Programming languages like
JAVA, SQL. C++, HTML and more.
· Technical Interview: which will test your technical knowledge and skills
regarding the job you applied for.
· HR Interview: which will test your private interests, qualitative enquiries
and more.
Must bring with yourself Resume + Identification Proof like Driving License,
Passport + Graduation/Post – Graduation Certificates + Photograph + SSC
Mark sheet + HSC/Diploma Mark Sheet = (Both Original and Photocopies).
The written test is in online mode.
The exam will be of 70 marks.
The exam will consist of 71 questions (one question will be of essay writing).
There is no sectional timing.
The exam will be of 90 minutes.
There is no sectional cut off.
There is negative marking which will be notified at the time of exam only.
The medium of the questions will be English.

First- the candidates will have to appear for an Online Test that would be of 70
marks (Elimination Round)
Second- those who qualify Written Exam will be followed by Technical
Interview.
Third- those who qualify Technical Interview will go for HR Interview.
