Throughout my experiences, I have utilized the “Correlates of an Effective Change Agent” (CHANGE) and look forward to sharing them with you. My hope is that through sharing my story and the correlates, you will identify a strategy that will help you become a more effective leader and change agent and lead your organization to an extraordinary level.
