The document discusses the design choices for a summer magazine targeting a younger audience. For the front cover, the author has included pictures of pop artists like One Direction and Tulisa to appeal to younger readers. Bold colors like blue, yellow and orange are used since they are associated with summer. The layout is informal with cluttered pictures and articles to avoid looking too sophisticated. A quirky font is chosen to match the younger target audience. The contents page will mirror the front cover design for consistency. The double page spread needs a standout main image and eye-catching quote in a funky font to catch readers' attention.

A drunk driver hit the author's stopped car from behind on September 12th, 2008, causing a serious accident. Emergency responders from the Forest Hill Fire Company, Area Ambulance Company, and 193 Rescue helped transport the author to the hospital and cut her from the wrecked car. The Coal Township Police officer who came upon the scene in his review mirror was the second responder. The document encourages people not to drink and drive as you never know whose life you could change.

Customer relationship management (CRM) is a method used by companies to analyze customer data and improve business relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth. CRM systems compile customer information from different channels such as phone, website, email, marketing materials and social media. By taking a CRM approach and using these systems, businesses can learn more about their target audiences and how to best cater to their needs, though it risks favoring some customers over others.

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.
