DESIDOC Journal of Library and Information Technology
DESIDOC Journal of Library and Information Technology (formerly DBIT) is a bimonthly journal that
endeavours to bring recent developments in information technology, as applicable to library and
information science, to the notice of academics, researchers, professionals and students and others
interested in the field. The Journal publish original research papers relating to information technology as
applied to library activities, services and products.
DLIB.ORG
D-Lib Magazine is a solely electronic publication with a primary focus on digital library research and
development, including but not limited to new technologies, applications, and contextual social and
economic issues. The magazine is currently published six times a year. The full contents of the magazine,
including all back issues, are available free of charge at the D-Lib web site (http://www.dlib.org) as well as
multiple mirror sites around the world.
E-JASL: The Electronic Journal of Academic and Special Librarianship
E-JASL is an independent, professional, refereed electronic journal dedicated first and foremost to
advancing knowledge and research in the areas of academic and special librarianship. We are committed
to covering all aspects of academic and special librarianship without regard to region or country. We are
also committed to the principles of open access for academic research.
Information Research
Information Research is an open access, international, scholarly journal, dedicated to making accessible
the results of research across a wide range of information-related disciplines.
Issues in Informing Science and Information Technology
The purpose of Issues in Informing Science and Information Technology is to encourage the sharing of
knowledge and collaboration among the wide variety of fields that use information technology to inform
clients.

Library Philosophy and Practice (LPP) is a peer-reviewed electronic journal that publishes articles
exploring the connection between library practice and the philosophy and theory behind it. These include
explorations of current, past, and emerging theories of librarianship and library practice, as well as reports
of successful, innovative, or experimental library procedures, methods, or projects in all areas of
librarianship, set in the context of applied research.
Library Student Journal
LSJ is an international Open Access publication for students in the Library and Information Science (LIS)
field. We have an international staff and accept submissions from current and future LIS practitioners
around the world.
