I just wanted to try out several different document types to upload to slideshare. This is just a recipe from my mom. Turns out it doesn't fit in any of the predetermined Categories that slideshare has.

Seafood Pasta
1. Seafood Pasta – Sylvia Kalker/Bev Williams
1 tab. Butter
2 tabs. minced garlic (I used the jar of minced garlic)
1 small diced onion
1 tsp. rosemary (I used fresh)
½ cup Marsala Wine
½ tab. Dijon mustard
¾ tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. salt
4 cups heavy cream or half & half (I used half & half)
1 ½ cup grated parmesan cheese (I grated fresh)
3 lbs. of cooked seafood of your choice (shrimp, scallops, lobster) (I used frozen shrimp
cocktail-thawed).
24 oz. penne pasta – cooked
Sauté butter, garlic, onion and rosemary until garlic starts to brown. Add Marsala wine
and cook until mixture is reduced by 1/3. Add mustard, cayenne pepper, salt, and cream.
Cook on medium for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add 1 cup cheese and stir
until it melts. Remove from heat.
In a large pot, mix cooked pasta, cooked seafood and sauce together. Pour into individual
oven serving dishes (or large casserole). Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake at 450 degrees
for 10 minutes or until hot.
This makes a lot. If you have a small family, you may want to cut recipe in half.
