2. It is my pleasure to introduce S. E. Day, the graceful negotiator, personal finance expert,

personal/business finance and sales negotiating, S. E. strives to be a voice of advocacy for

S. E. is the author of 2 books and will complete his 3rd book titled, The Graceful Art of

S. E. has been a personal finance and negotiating expert for Daytime TV, a nationally
Syndicated weekday show. S. E. has been interviewed by news station throughout the
country on issues such as vehicle negotiations, personal finance, and consumer protection.
3. S. E. was the November 2011 cover for FOCUS magazine and recognized as
„Tampa‟s Newest and Most Engaging Consumer Advocate.” He has been
previously recognized in Who‟s Who in Black Atlanta Magazine (2006 &
2007). Being a staunch credit union advocate, S. E. will become the new face
of Grow Financial Federal credit union as their official spokesperson in January 2012.
S. E. is the host of a weekly radio talk show, The Legally Steal Show, where he broaches
issues and topics affecting the financial lives of his audience. A regular segment of his
show includes interviewing other experts, authors, and celebrity guests to bring a sense of
connectivity to his listening audience while providing practical, usable information.
S.E. is also a small business champion who advocates entrepreneurism.

4. Originally written in 1999 as a promotional text for the vehicle
negotiation buying firm, How To Legally Steal Your Next Vehicle &
Save $1000s was revised in 2009 as a stand-alone, consumer
informational guide that provides effective car buying negotiating
techniques. The book provides real-world tactics, techniques, and
strategies that will allow the consumers the tools needed to successfully
negotiate the purchase price, trade-in value, interest rates, finance
charges, and insurance rates for their new vehicle purchase, thus saving
themselves thousands of dollars.
Mr. Day‟s second book, The Negotiating Experience, Your Car Deal
Your Way! was written specifically for the credit union industry and its
members. The Negotiating Experience discusses the challenges
associated with purchasing a vehicle and teaches members the auto
industry‟s insider tricks of the trade. The book uses six thought-
provoking chapters to diminish the fears of car-buying and empower
members to negotiate better and purchase smarter while savings
thousands of dollars and financing a lower amount. It teaches how to
avoid the 4-Square Car Trap.
