SDG 3 aims to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all ages by 2030. It has 13 targets focused on reducing maternal and child mortality, fighting diseases, promoting mental health and road safety, expanding access to healthcare, and reducing pollution-related deaths. The targets cover ending preventable deaths of newborns and children under five, combatting communicable diseases, increasing access to reproductive and universal healthcare, and improving early warning systems for global health risks.

2. SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS
▪The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) aim to transform our
world. They are a call to action to end poverty and inequality, protect the
planet, and ensure that all people enjoy health, justice and prosperity.
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were born at the United Nations Conference on
Sustainable Development in Rio de Janeiro in 2012.

Primary goals for SDG 3 :
➢ Ensure healthy lives and promote well being of all person with disabilities.
➢It propose to end the preventable death of newborns ,infants and children under
five (child mortality) and end epidemics.
➢It was created in September 2015.
