Client Management Team conducted visit to contractor
workplace on monthly basis.

During the visit finding environment concern:
There are some bags content grinding waste stored
with unorganized. Finding on Middle of May 2022 .

Safety observation and coaching for some grinding
operator.
Informed them to pay more attention in regard eyes injury
i.e a grinding dust in his eye. Only Specialist has authorized
to do on how to remove the dust cleared from his eye
