Principles provide perspective. Key concepts and philosophies lead to better decision-making. The Golden Rule is a principle that Christian business owners can teach to their teams when it comes to teaching them how to respect and treat each customer, as well as internal interactions.

The case study discusses the potential of drone delivery and the challenges that need to be addressed before it becomes widespread.
Key takeaways:
Drone delivery is in its early stages: Amazon's trial in the UK demonstrates the potential for faster deliveries, but it's still limited by regulations and technology.
Regulations are a major hurdle: Safety concerns around drone collisions with airplanes and people have led to restrictions on flight height and location.
Other challenges exist: Who will use drone delivery the most? Is it cost-effective compared to traditional delivery trucks?
Discussion questions:
Managerial challenges: Integrating drones requires planning for new infrastructure, training staff, and navigating regulations. There are also marketing and recruitment considerations specific to this technology.
External forces vary by country: Regulations, consumer acceptance, and infrastructure all differ between countries.
Demographics matter: Younger generations might be more receptive to drone delivery, while older populations might have concerns.
Stakeholders for Amazon: Customers, regulators, aviation authorities, and competitors are all stakeholders. Regulators likely hold the greatest influence as they determine the feasibility of drone delivery.

SENIOR DENTAL CARE
As leaders, our role is to help those that report to us be as successful as possible. We’re not task masters, we’re servant leader/coaches. It’s our responsible to provide our direct reports with goals, motivation/recognition, and expectations; and that through it all we’ll be coaching them. Yes, they will stumble along their path, but we’re here to pick them up and get them going again. Our success is based on their success. But, they have to understand all of this. They have to understand that the expectations are…expectations, and not a ‘wish list’. Expectations can’t be missed consistently. The person we’re coaching was hired to accomplish those assigned tasks and unfortunately if that can’t happen, regardless of coaching, then they will have to be “coached out”. The best success in this is when the person realizes that they can’t meet the requirements and they submit their resignation…versus the alternative.
Unlimited loyalty to an ineffective employee is not what we are about
Sustained B-Level performance, despite "A for effort", is not what we’re about
One Phenomenal employee gets more done and cost less than two adequate employees
“One outstanding (Phenomenal) employee gets more done and cost less than two adequate employees”
