Scrum Round Table Business Value
Om met vakgenoten ervaringen uit te wisselen op het vlak van ALM en Scrum organiseert Delta-N vier keer per jaar een Scrum Round Table. Dit zijn interactieve sessies die gericht zijn op het delen van praktijkervaringen. Iedere round table heeft een specifiek thema waarover in een interactieve setting gediscussieerd wordt. De sessies worden begeleid door ervaren ALM Consultants / Scrum Masters. De tweede Round Table van 2015 staat gepland voor donderdag 16 april.
Scrum Round Table
Het thema voor Scrum Round Table van 16 april is 'Business Value'. De Scrum Round Table over Business Value wordt begeleid door de ervaren Scrum Masters Marcel Groennou en Jasper Gilhuis. Deze middag zal bestaan uit een interactief deel waarin een game gespeeld zal worden gevolgd door een discussie over de toepassing van Business Value in de praktijk, en de ervaringen van de deelnemers hiermee de praktijk.

We run a undetermined number of sprints
You have 20 points effort points capacity per sprint
You start with 10 Features
At the end of sprint 2 you need at least 20 points buffer (user stories
turned)
