Alex visits his father's grave on the anniversary of his death with his girlfriend Molly. Alex reflects on finding his father's killer and being willing to go down for revenge. The scene then flashes back to a year earlier, where Alex's father calls him to open the door but is shot dead on the doorstep moments later. Alex finds his father and breaks down in grief as Molly calls for an ambulance.

1. Script<br />2012-The scene starts at a cemetery, with Alex and his girlfriend, Molly, walking towards his father’s grave holding hands. <br />(Alex’s voice in the background of the clip)<br />Alex: It has been a year since it all happened (puts flowers on his father’s grave) My name’s Alex Ross, it’s not my real name, though after being in the SAS my identity had to be changed, for classified reasons. This is my last visit! (resolutely) As I found him! And I’ll go down if it comes to it......as long as I’ve done it for my Dad, I know he will be proud (his voice breaks). <br />Alex turns to Molly, who is beside him, with her arms around him, and kisses her forehead, with an exchange of a smile and walk off hand in hand.<br />.........................................................................................<br />2011- Alex is seated, when his father rings. He answers the phone, walking towards his window, on a bottom floor flat.<br />Alex: (optimistically) Ye<br />s dad, are you here?<br />(He looks out the window)<br />Alex: Right...Oh wait I can see you. I’ll go and open the door. (He turns away from the window, walking two steps when he hears a sound, gunshot.) Ah, no. (He runs outside to his father, who is shot in the chest.)<br />Alex: (yelling and crying) Dad, Dad! Oh my God, Dad please don’t die, wake up, please. (Hugging and shaking his father, crying)<br />Molly is driving up to his flat, when she sees and gets out of the car, grapping her phone. <br />Molly: Oh no..... (Rings 999, still running to Alex) Police and ambulance please, quick, at 126 St.Helens Road, Pennington, Leigh (hysterically)<br />(She reaches Alex, who is hunched over his father, asking him to come back. She kneels down and pulls him to her, whilst he broke down)<br />
