Objectives
 To study the performance of post-kharif onion varieties
in terms of different growth and yield attributes under
organic management conditions.
 To study about the quality attributes of onion varieties
under such growing condition.

Conclusion
• Akra Niketan is the most suitable for late kharif or early
rabi season cultivation in the south Chhotanagpur
plateau of Jharkhand in terms of yield attributes followed
by Agrifound Dark Red and Sukhsagar.
• Sasyagavya (10%) is the most suitable treatment for
onion as a liquid organic manure and combination of
both Arka Niketan and BD-501 (3%) gave higher yield
• Sasyagavya (10%) has greater influence on quality trait s
expression in different onion varieties, however, Arka

Conclusion • Akra Niketan is the most suitable for late kharif or early rabi season cultivation in the south Chhotanagpur plateau of Jharkhand in terms of yield attributes followed by Agrifound Dark Red and Sukhsagar. • Sasyagavya (10%) is the most suitable treatment for onion as a liquid organic manure and combination of both Arka Niketan and BD-501 (3%) gave higher yield • Sasyagavya (10%) has greater influence on quality trait s expression in different onion varieties, however, Arka
