The Scottish Reading Strategy aims to promote reading, literacy, and sharing best practices across early years, children/young people, and adult groups. It is led by strategic groups and supported by library organizations to provide training, communication, and partnerships around reader development. Upcoming activities include reviewing strategy recommendations, using an online collaboration tool, refreshing a national reading plan, and conducting a reading audit.
