Teachers will be outside on the first day of school at 8:30 am with class lists and signs to direct students to their assigned locations in the field for daily health screenings. Kindergarten to Grade 3 students should advise their teachers if staying for lunch. Grade 4-6 will advise during lunch. Grade 7/8 should leave the school grounds at mid-day. Students will be dismissed at the end of day in the same locations. After-school programs will meet at the baseball diamond. Dear Parents & Guardians,
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to enroll students and confirm class
placements. At this time all students are placed in classes. The TDSB student information management
system will only update overnight, therefore class placement letters will be sent tomorrow, September 8th
.
All the classes are ready to welcome students Thursday morning! Teachers will be outside at 8:30 am at
the field with signs and class lists. Students should line up in the field at the assigned location. Your
teachers will complete the daily health screening on Day 1. Kindergarten to Grade 3, please advise your
child’s teacher if they are staying for lunch. Gr. 4 – 6 will advise their teachers during lunch attendance.
Gr. 7/8 leave the school property during the mid-day break.
Students will be dismissed in the same location at the end of the school day. The After-School Program
(Boys & Girls Club) meets outside at the baseball diamond. Teachers have a list of the students registered
in the program and will dismiss students to the leaders.
