   Al-Qalam means The Pen
•Al-Qalam is the Quranic name, first revelation
contains this word.

•Al-Qalam is also name of 68th surah of Holy
Quran
 Education for all to attain dynamic
prosperity of society with moral sanctity
          and human dignity
    Be able to determine our own goals and
    strive to achieve it.
   Lead a society towards the right way.
   To create balance among different classes of
    the society.
   To produce individuals of creative mind.
   Educating people for tomorrow.
   To produce such capable individuals who can
    face the socio-economic and political challenges
    of the nation and manage it with their wise and
    bold decisions and expert measures.
   To produce such capable individuals who can
    respond and manage change promptly.
   To develop local human resource so that they
    can take charge of their own development.
Six months before starting the school, an advertisement
    campaign will be launched to make sure that, before the
    opening of school, registration of required number of
    students is completed.

Strategies that will be used for advertisement:
    Flex signs, banners, Hand bills, Posters and Brochures
    will be printed in an enough amount to cover whole city.
   Heir a team who will go door to door with an introductory
    booklet of school and Parents guide book, which will
    carry these headings, Why to choose this school?,
    Advantages of this school?, Which is a good school? How
    to select a good school for your children?
   Advertise at T.V channels, Local cables, Radio, Website
    and also on Public Transports.

  Group to Matric.

   Admissions
     An “Admission Committee” shall be formed, which
      shall implement and monitor the admission . The
      committee shall be comprised of section head and
      class teacher headed by Principal.
     The admission committee must follow the
      admission schedule and merit.
     Admission committee shall scrutinize the forms and
      issue a slip for test to the eligible candidates.
     A merit and waiting list shall be displayed on the
      school notice board
   Students’ Assessment
     Students having 75 % attendance throughout
      the academic year may appear in the annual
      examination.
     From grade-II to grade-VIII, there shall be
      two major exams i.e. mid-term of 40% and
      final term of 60% syllabus with respective
      weightage (40% + 60% = 100% cumulative
      result) for promotion and positions. for grade
      9 n 10 30% mids 40 % final n 30% class
      assessment
   Curriculum
     Our school will be affiliated with federal board
     Lesson Plans shall be compulsory for all the
     teachers
Extra curricular activities
 Schools shall conduct sports weeks, competitions,
  annual days and special events. All the students shall
  be encouraged to participate in different activities.
Other activities are:
 Celebration of cultural,national,international and
  religious events
 Two Periods of 45 min each, will be allocated for
  student’s activity in a week.

 For each appointment schools shall follow the equal
