This document describes the process for preparing a flexible electrode using a binder solvent slurry. The process involves pasting a slurry containing metal sulfide/disulfide, solvent, and additives onto a foil substrate to form the flexible electrode. The slurry can be made from either a single precursor or multiple precursors decomposed under solvothermal conditions and centrifuged to obtain the metal sulfide/disulfide material.
