• Installed and maintained multiple BCCS-A, GCCS-A, Dell and Google servers with Windows Server 2003,
2008 R2, and 2012. Established all iSCSI connections and interfaces for FAS2020 and FAS2040 storage
links between servers. Configured Exchange 2007 & 2010 databases, send/receive connectors, SMTP
troubleshooting and ensured all mailboxes/mail, calendars and contacts always migrated flawlessly.
• While serving for the 3rd
Infantry Division, upgraded and managed over 70 physical servers that were being
used by over 20,000 users with a 98% reliability rate. Trained five Brigade Server Teams on the installation
and troubleshooting of all BCCS Server stacks, improving knowledge and expertise to administrators. Also,
deployed three Tactical (TAC) Server stacks to Ft. Riley in support of the 3rd
Infantry Division’s
Commanding General support exercise without error or outages.
• Daily responsibilities included the training and welfare of 15 Soldiers. Responsible for the coordination of
shift schedules and monthly performance counseling’s. All of this was completed while communications
remained uninterrupted. Ensuring troubleshooting for both intermediate issues and equipment failures were
well known by entire team. Including any and all suggestions for any sensible approaches to change or fix
discrepancies. Confirmed all incidents were reported to higher headquarters in both written and spoken
formats.

Base (FOB) Kalsu Local Area Network (LAN) and equipment consisting of over 2000 users at a value in
