 Monitoring Job failures (Ended not ok) alerts through (EM GUI & Alerts Panel) and escalation.
 Monitoring long running/Wait resource jobs/not started jobs through (EM GUI & Alerts Panel) and
escalation.
 Monitoring Agent unavailable jobs through (EM GUI & Alerts Panel) and escalation.
 Incident logging through USD, TSM and BMC Remedy.
 Handling Job Service Requests In TWS,
 Creating job streams, job dependency in Tivoli workload scheduler.
 Scheduling jobs, specifying run cycles for a job stream
 Managing tasks, files, resources,prompts

 Troubleshooting job failures,handling adhoc requests.
 Managing workstations,starting,stopping,linking and unlinking a workstation.
 Run & Monitor TWS Plan accordingly
 Client Support to the National Grid Transco. UK and Cargill.
 Participate in scheduled outages, Clock change activities and DSR meetings.
 Preparing Backup report for NG and participate in DSR every day.

 Changing the Quantitative resources during the Migration and Special activities
 Adhoc trigger the jobs as per the request through Remedy tool, Mails and Instant Msgs
 Monitoring of Batch Jobs and incident logging and escalation as per the escalation procedure.
