Blast Furnace and its accessories. I was responsible for total project implementation including
civil work,mechanical work, erection of mechanical structures ,ordering of total plant
machineries and their commissioning, man power planning, material management and plant
safety and security.Our major clients were BHEL, Crompton and Greeves, Shneider
electronics,MECON,Lyco conveyors, Tata Refractories Ltd, PLC from Allen Bradley. 3 years.
3. MESCO Steel Jajpur Orrisa: Worked as a Production Manager in Pig Iron Casting Machine
having a capacity of 1200 T per day.My work involved both production and maintenance of Pig
casting Machines , Lime unit EOT cranes (250 T capacity), Pump house , lime slurry units. 2
years.
4. Rameshwaram Istitute of Technology and Management Lucknow :Presently working as a
Director Of Training , takes lectures onProduction Technology, Personality development,
Professional Communication, Industrial psychology,Operation research and involved in the
training for both B.Tech and Management students.

 Mesco Steel is an Integrated Steel Plants produce high quality Pig Iron with the Blast Furnace (2X
350 cu.m) capacity.It has its sinter plant to improve the productivity and raw material quality,
Stacker and reclamar for proper raw material handling, rail system for proper transportation of
Hot metal and its finished product, steel melting shop with LD convertors (2X 55 t ) capacity.Mesco
steel exports its products in South east Asian companies as China, Thailand,Singanpore.

3.  Engaged with affiliated companies in plant-design/engineering, manufacturing, servicing and
distribution, they have their own Iron ore mines which produce export quality ore (Fe-65-68 %).

SAIZER METALIKS LTD JAMSHEDPUR. 2003-2006
 It was a project of 64 cu.m Blast furnace with accessories with high proctivity of 1.84.As a project
Manager I successfully commissioned the plant in a stipulated time .
 This plant produce high quality foundry grade Pig Iron which is exported to TATAs for foundries.

 Successfully complted six week training at National Power Training Institute at Durgapr W.B
.Training includes on job work at different division of Durgapur Steel Plant ( Govt of India)
 On job training at Usha Ispat Ltd Redi Goa, revived a chilled furnace with continuous Oxygen
lancing and salamendar tapping.
 Successfully commissioned Malvika steel Ltd , first Integrated Steel Plant in North India , features
2x350 cu.m Blast Furnace , LD convertors, Mixer Bay, Oxygen Plant, Blowers and Turbines, 3x2.5
mw DGs,wagon trippler,stacker and reclamer, rolling mill ( for bar, rods and channels).
