Role : Hard ware & Soft ware Design &Testing.

Description : CMRI is used for downloading data from energy meter.
It is having INTEL 386 Processor with Dos Operating system and it
is Interfacing with PC through RS232 Communication.
It is mainly used for storing data electrical billing purpose in Energy
sector. Major clients are L&T, HPL,APTRASCO,TNSPC,GENUS
METERS,ABB ,ELSTER METER MANUFACTURES etc

3. Project 2:
Project Name : Universal probe, IR-IRDA, Bq2204, DS1211 add on cards
Role : Hard ware & Soft ware Design and testing
Team size : 1
Description : Universal probe, IR-IRDA is for downloading data from energy
meter. Add on cards are used for making memory non volatile.
Is one Universal probe is used for data down loading from energy
meters with different types of baud rates.
IR (Infra red) communication is used as wireless communication
between CMRI and energy meter. It is works on 33khz and 38khz
frequencies.
IRDA (Infra red data Association) it is similar to ir communication
but it is not require carrier frequency. It works on different baud
rates of 115200 bits/sec max.
These cards mainly used for wireless communications systems
Major clients are DCD, AJAY ELECTRICALS, AVON METER
MANUFACTURES, VISION TEK, LINK WELL METERS,
NAKODA etc
