Project Description : Microcontrollers can provideeasy controlof DC motor.
Here ATmega8L microcontroller for speed control of DC motor fed by DC
chopper is implemented. The chopper is driven by high frequency PWM signal.
Controlling the PWM duty cycle is equivalent to controlling the motor terminal
voltage, which in turn adjusts the motor speed. This work is a practical one and
have high feasibility according to economic point of view.

Project Description: The solar tracking systemis a controlsystem, designed
on the basis of intensity sensing from the solar energy. It is designed with an
embedded controller. The program is written with embedded microcontroller
89C51, a 8-bit ADC is interfaced with microcontroller for sampling the light in-
tensity in discreet values. A LDR is connected on the solar panel, which gener-
ates analog voltage proportional to the light intensity falling on the microcon-
troller. Whenever the system is put in to operation then automatically micro-
controller comes to one horizon and starts sampling the light intensity through
the ADC and LDR.
